以西瓜为试材,在黑龙江省内11种典型栽培模式背景下种植西瓜,研究了西瓜根际土壤微生物群落结构的变化。结果表明:栽种西瓜后明显改变了土壤微生物群落结构,其中处理D(西瓜/西瓜)的微生物多样性指数和均匀度以及细菌的丰富度最低,并且与大多数处理的微生物群落结构相似性较低。相关性分析表明,真菌的多样性与土壤的电导率呈极显著负相关。经测序后发现,大部分的细菌属于链球菌属、放线菌、拟无枝酸菌、芽单胞菌门等;真菌类群为赤霉属、链格孢属、毛壳菌属、隐球菌属等。
Watermelon was used as test material to grow watermelon under 11 typical cultivation patterns in Heilongjiang Province. The changes of soil microbial community structure in rhizosphere of watermelon were studied. The results showed that the soil microbial community structure was obviously changed after watermelon was planted, in which the microbial diversity index and evenness of treatment D (watermelon / watermelon) and the lowest abundance of bacteria were the lowest, and the similarity to most of the treated microbial communities was low . Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between fungal diversity and soil electrical conductivity. After sequencing, most of the bacteria belonged to Streptococcus, Actinomyces, Amycolatopsis spp., Bacillus aureus, etc. The fungi groups were Gibberella, Alternaria, Chaetomium, Cryptococcus And so on.
