目的探讨3种机动镍钛器械预备磨牙根管的效果。方法选择行根管治疗的磨牙120颗,按照随机原则将其分成A、B、C三组,各40颗,分别采用Pro Taper、K3和Mtwo进行磨牙根管预备,A、B组的根管预备通过冠向下法来完成,C组则通过常规方法来完成根管预备,根管填充则均采用冷测压法来完成。结果三种机动镍钛器械的根管走向和弯曲度均比较理想,根管流畅度和锥度较好,没有出现台阶形成、根尖阻塞以及根管偏移等并发症,术后疼痛轻微,而且发生率低。A、B、C三组分别有5、4、1根锉出现器械折断。C组的操作时间显著短于其他两组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在预备磨牙根管时,3种机动镍钛器械均具有较高的效率和成型能力。Mtwo机动镍钛器械的操作方法更加简单方便,预备时间更短。
Objective To investigate the effect of three types of mobile Ni-Ti devices on the preparation of root canal. Methods 120 root canal-treated molar patients were divided into three groups A, B and C according to the principle of randomness. Each group consisted of 40 teeth. Pro Taper, K3 and Mtwo were used for preparation of root canal, root canal of group A and B Prepared by the crown down to complete the C group is done by conventional methods of root canal preparation, root canal filling are used cold pressure measurement method to complete. Results The mobility and curvature of the root canal of the three kinds of mobile nickel-titanium instruments were ideal. The fluency and taper of root canal were good. There were no complications such as step formation, apical obstruction and root canal deviation. Postoperative pain was slight, and The incidence is low. A, B, C three groups were 5,4,1 files appear broken device. The operation time of group C was significantly shorter than that of the other two groups, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion In the preparation of molar root canal, the three kinds of mobile Ni-Ti instruments have high efficiency and molding ability. Mtwo mobile NiTi equipment operation more simple and convenient, shorter preparation time.
