在信息高速发展的今天,知识逐渐成为人类生存和发展的第一要素,是社会经济发展最主要的推动力量。基于资源的稀缺性和不平衡性,怎样调动作为知识载体的人的潜能,以及如何对有限的资源进行合理配置,是人力资源管理中的核心问题,也是企业关注的焦点,与企业的可持续发展息息相关。但是目前我国对于人力资源优化配置的相关研究还不成体系,仍然需要不断的完善。本文运用人力资源的基础理论,采用定性定量的分析方法,分别从宏观和微观的角度介绍了人力资源优化配置的含义和方法,阐述了人力资源优化配置的重要性。
