对两种具有不同显微组织的TC18合金试样分别进行了室温和高温(400℃)拉伸试验,通过金相观察及断口分析,研究了组织与性能之间的关系。结果表明:显微组织对合金拉伸性能影响显著,具有等轴组织的棒材的伸长率和断面收缩率等塑性指标比具有网篮组织的锻件好,如在室温拉伸时棒材比锻件分别高4.3%和17.3%;但棒材的抗拉强度和屈服强度等强度指标比锻件差,如在室温拉伸时棒材比锻件分别低99 MPa和97 MPa,高温拉伸时则分别低38 MPa和17 MPa。
Two kinds of TC18 alloy samples with different microstructures were respectively subjected to tensile tests at room temperature and high temperature (400 ℃). The relationship between microstructure and properties was studied by metallographic observation and fracture analysis. The results show that the microstructure has a significant effect on the tensile properties of the alloy. The plastic indexes such as the elongation and the reduction of area of the bar with the equiaxed structure are better than the forging with the basket structure. For example, the bar ratio Forgings were 4.3% and 17.3% higher, respectively; however, tensile strength and yield strength of bars were worse than forgings such as 99% and 97% lower for bars than forgings at room temperature, respectively Low 38 MPa and 17 MPa.
