目的:探究肿瘤患者外周血中FOXP 3+T reg细胞的表达及意义。方法:收集肿瘤患者外周血,应用F ico ll密度梯度离心法获取PBM C;经免疫荧光及流式细胞术分析其中FOXP 3+T reg的表达。结果:肿瘤患者外周血中FOXP 3+T reg表达比例为(6.208±2.754)%,而对照组为(2.653±0.638)%。结论:肿瘤患者外周血中FOXP 3+T reg比例较对照组显著增高(P<0.01),提示患者免疫系统存在缺陷。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of FOXP 3 + T reg cells in peripheral blood of tumor patients. Methods: PBMCs were collected from peripheral blood of tumor patients by Ficoll density gradient centrifugation. The expression of FOXP 3 + T reg was analyzed by immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. Results: The proportion of FOXP 3 + T reg expression in peripheral blood of cancer patients was (6.208 ± 2.754)%, while it was (2.653 ± 0.638)% in control group. Conclusion: The proportion of FOXP 3 + T reg in peripheral blood of patients with cancer is significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), which indicates that the immune system is deficient.
