我国企业在20世纪90年代将人力资源绩效管理引入到了企业管理中,现阶段,企业的人力资源绩效管理在企业管理中发挥着及其重要的作用,在人力资源绩效管理的过程中也出现了很多问题,需要根据我国经济发展和企业发展的现状进行分析和总结。本文通过对企业人力资源绩效管理中出现的问题提出了建议,并通过对于以往企业管理的经验,提出了解决方法和措施,希望对在高速发展中的企业人力资源绩效管理工作有所启示。
In the 1990s, the enterprises of our country introduced the human resources performance management into the enterprise management. At this stage, the performance management of the human resources of the enterprise plays an important role in the enterprise management. In the process of human resource performance management, Many problems need to be analyzed and summarized according to the current situation of China’s economic development and enterprise development. In this paper, we put forward some suggestions on the problems that appear in the performance management of enterprise human resources. Through the experience of previous enterprise management, we put forward the solutions and measures, hoping to enlighten the performance management of enterprise human resources in the rapid development.
