本文通过对大量食品说明书汉英翻译的调查,发现其中存在很多翻译问题,例如本体错误,文本错误,语篇错误,死译直译,误译等。鉴于这些问题,笔者提出了一些改进策略,希望能够有效改进食品说明书的翻译质量。
Through the investigation of Chinese-English translation of a large number of food manuals, we find that there are many translation problems, such as ontology error, text error, text error, literal translation of dead language, mistranslation and so on. In view of these problems, the author put forward some improvement strategies, hoping to effectively improve the quality of translation of food manuals.
