目的调查某照明企业工人尿汞(HgU)水平分布及其特征。方法采用冷原子吸收光谱法测定某照明企业581名工人HgU水平,分析其总体和按性别、年龄、籍贯、工种、工龄分布特征及超标状况。结果工人HgU水平呈正偏态分布。以职业接触汞的生物限值20μmol/mol肌酐为标准,有205人超标(35.28%),男性超标率(38.01%)高于女性(28.57%,P<0.05);按籍贯、年龄分组,工人HgU水平超标率总体差异无统计学意义;按工种和工龄分组,工人HgU水平超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高超标率工种有电工、线长、分丝等。工龄3个月以上者超标率较高。结论该照明企业工人HgU水平超标严重,应加强工人的HgU监测,保护工人身体健康。
Objective To investigate the urinary mercury (HgU) level distribution and its characteristics in a lighting enterprise. Methods Cold atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the HgU level of 581 workers in a lighting enterprise. The distribution characteristics of HgU and its distribution according to sex, age, native place, type of work and length of service were analyzed. Results The level of HgU in workers was positively skewed. According to the biological limit of occupational exposure to mercury of 20 μmol / mol creatinine, 205 were over-standard (35.28%), and the male over-standard rate was 38.01% higher than that of female (28.57%, P <0.05) There was no significant difference in HgU excess level between the two groups (P <0.01). High rate of overcrowding electrician, line length, sub-wire and so on. Over 3 months of age over the standard rate is higher. Conclusion The HgU level of workers in this lighting enterprise is extremely serious. HgU monitoring should be strengthened to protect the health of workers.
