本文观察22例糖尿病人和16例对照者在口服7S克葡萄糖耐量试验过程中,空腹,服糖后30,60,120,180分钟时的血糖,血清胰岛素,血清游离脂肪酸浓度。结果显示:两组空腹血糖值相差较大,胰岛素值相近。服糖后糖尿病组呈现糖耐量减低,胰岛素释放量少而高峰延迟。血清游离脂肪酸两组均下降;糖尿病组在空腹,服糖后30分,60分时游离脂肪酸高于对照组。胰岛素值却明显低于对照组。服糖后120分至180分时两组游离脂肪酸均上升,对照组上升速度较快。在180分钟时两组游离脂肪酸值差异性不显著。以空腹游离脂肪酸为基数,糖尿病组下降百分率明显大于对照组。
In this paper, 22 cases of diabetic patients and 16 control subjects in oral 7S g glucose tolerance test, fasting, 30,60,120,180 minutes after taking sugar, blood glucose, serum insulin, serum free fatty acid concentration. The results showed that there was a big difference between fasting blood glucose values and insulin values in the two groups. After oral administration of glucose showed impaired glucose tolerance, insulin release less and the peak delay. Free fatty acids in serum decreased in both groups. In the fasting group, the free fatty acids in the diabetic group were higher than those in the control group at 30 and 60 minutes. Insulin value was significantly lower than the control group. After taking the sugar 120 points to 180 points when two groups of free fatty acids increased, the control group rose faster. At 180 minutes, the difference between the two groups of free fatty acids was not significant. Based on fasting free fatty acids, the percentage decrease in diabetic group was significantly greater than that in control group.
