目的:探讨神经内分泌肿瘤诊断中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE),嗜铬素A(CgA),突触素(Syn)的应用价值。方法:应用免疫组化LSAB法对99例不同部位及激素活性的神经内分泌肿瘤进行NSE,CgA,Syn标记。结果:3种标记物在神经内分泌肿瘤中的阳性率分别为NSE94.9%,CgA70.7%,Syn75.8%。3种标记物共同表达率为58.6%,高于单项(15.2%)和双项(25.3%)标记物表达率,有98例标本至少显示1种标记物阳性。结论:3种标记物的表达与肿瘤部位和激素活性无关,三者联合应用可提高神经内分泌肿瘤的诊断率
Objective: To investigate the value of neuron-specific enolase (NSE), chromogranin A (CgA) and synaptophysin (Syn) in the diagnosis of neuroendocrine tumors. METHODS: NSE, CgA and Syn markers were performed on 99 neuroendocrine tumors with different sites and hormonal activity using immunohistochemical LSAB method. Results: The positive rates of the three markers in neuroendocrine tumors were NSE 94.9%, CgA 70.7%, and Syn 75.8%, respectively. The co-expression rate of the three markers was 58.6%, which was higher than that of the single (15.2%) and double (25.3%) markers. In 98 specimens, at least one marker was positive. Conclusion: The expression of these three markers is not related to tumor site and hormonal activity. The combination of these three markers can improve the diagnostic rate of neuroendocrine tumors.
