信息社会中信息能力越来越重要,信息能力研究成为社会热点。为了理顺研究思路,明确研究目标,通过总结当前信息能力研究的概况,提出构建信息能力研究框架。从框架体系上设计了一个研究思路:从横向角度阐述信息能力的概念、特征、组成,及其培育与管理;从纵向角度论述信息能力的形成与发展、功能、作用和影响因素,以及各个层次的相互关系。
