为促进高职院校学生实践能力的发展,提高职业教育的质量,“顶岗实习”这种创新模式应运而生,校企合作就成了必然的趋势。“顶岗实习”的职业教育模式已在我国高职院校实行多年,优点较为突出,改变了传统的教学模式,让学生从实践中学习,在学习中实践,提高了学生的动手能力,但同时也有一些问题在“顶岗实习”中突显出来,例如企业不愿接受学生实习、学生的思想波动及学校管理滞后等问题值得思考。为提高学生实习效果,增强校企合作,笔者以云南经济管理学院为例,研究学生在“顶岗实习中存在的问题及原因,并探讨解决问题的对策。
In order to promote the development of practical ability of students in higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of vocational education, the innovative model of ”internship in post“ came into being, and the cooperation between school and enterprises has become an inevitable trend. The vocational education mode of ”internship in post“ has been practiced in our country for many years, and the advantages are more prominent. It has changed the traditional teaching mode, let students learn from practice, practice in study, and improve the practical ability of students, But at the same time, some problems are highlighted in ”internships“ such as the unwillingness of enterprises to accept student internships, the fluctuation of students’ thinking and the lag in school management. In order to improve students’ internship effect and enhance the cooperation between school and enterprise, the author takes Yunnan Institute of Economics and Management as an example to study the existing problems and reasons of students in ”internship" and discusses the solutions to the problems.
