目的:观察杂色曲霉素(ST)对小鼠第四脑室外侧隐窝室管膜细胞结构的影响。方法:BALB/c小鼠,单次ST灌胃,分别于灌胃后1~16d处死动物,用扫描电镜观察外侧隐窝室管膜的结构变化。结果:ST灌胃后1h和2h组外侧隐窝处室管膜的纤毛稀少、粘连、倒伏;4h和8h组纤毛粘连和倒伏更加明显,并出现室管膜细胞的破损和分泌颗粒;16h组纤毛粘连变轻,纤毛数量和形态逐渐恢复到正常,分泌颗粒少见。结论:提示ST对小鼠外侧隐窝室管膜细胞有明显的损伤作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of streptozotocin (ST) on the structure of ependymal cells in the lateral ventricle of the fourth ventricle in mice. Methods: BALB / c mice were intragastrically infused with ST in a single dose. Animals were sacrificed 1 ~ 16 days after gavage. The morphological changes of the ependymal capsule were observed by scanning electron microscopy. Results: The cilia of ependymal cells in the lateral recess of 1h and 2h after ST were sparsely inflated, adhered and lopsided; the adhesion and lodging of cilia in 4h and 8h groups were more obvious, and the damaged and secreted granules of ependymal cells appeared; Cilia adhesion becomes lighter, the number and shape of cilia gradually returned to normal secretion of rare particles. Conclusion: It is suggested that ST can obviously damage the ependymal cells in lateral recess of mice.
