纤维素指数法评定牧草的消化率,采用物理方法对牧草样品进行处理,依其处理所消耗的电能乘以0.1作为纤维素指数(FI),纤维素指数即是纤维素指数法评定牧草品质的标准。据研究,体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)和纤维素指数、纤维素指数和改良酸洗纤维(MADF)间显著极相关,相关系数分别为—0.91及0.91(P≤0.001),这表明纤维素指数和改良酸洗纤维在评定牧草品质时具有一样的作用。研究结果还表明,纤维素指数能够评定出改良酸洗纤维无法评定的类似牧草的品质。纤维素指数法还具有快而简便,易于实验室及田间分析操作的特点。
Cellulose index method was used to assess the forage’s digestibility. The forage samples were processed by physical methods. The consumed electricity was multiplied by 0.1 as the cellulose index (FI). The cellulose index was determined by the cellulose index method standard. According to the study, there was a significant correlation between in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) and cellulose index, cellulose index and modified pickling fiber (MADF), with correlation coefficients of -0.91 and 0.91, respectively (P≤0.001) indicating that cellulose The index and modified pickling fibers have the same effect in assessing forage quality. The results also show that the cellulose index can assess the quality of similar pastures that could not be evaluated with modified pickling fibers. Cellulose index method also has fast and easy, easy laboratory and field analysis features.
