目的:探讨穿山甲对大鼠离体心脏功能和体外血小板聚集性的影响。方法:制备大鼠离体工作心脏、观察KH灌注液中加入穿山甲前后的心功能指标变化,并设立对照组;采用15名冠心病患者的静脉血制备富血小板血浆和贫血小板血浆,每一标本分成三部分供三组使用:穿山甲组、阿司匹林组和对照组,以ADP诱导血小板聚集。结果:大鼠离体工作心脏灌注液中加入穿山甲液后,LVSP,+dp/dtmax和CO显著增加,-dp/dtmax,LVEDP及CF无显著变化,这些指标在对照组中无显著变化。与对照组比较,穿山甲和阿司匹林组的血小板聚集百分率显著降低。结论:穿山甲增强心肌收缩功能、有正性肌力作用,还能显著抑制血小板聚集
Objective: To investigate the effect of pangolin on isolated heart function and platelet aggregation in vitro. Methods: Preparation of isolated rat working hearts, observation of changes in cardiac function before and after the addition of pangolins in KH perfusion fluid, and establishment of a control group; preparation of platelet-rich plasma and platelet-poor plasma from 15 patients with coronary heart disease; One specimen was divided into three groups for use in three groups: Pangolin group, aspirin group, and control group to induce platelet aggregation by ADP. Results: The LVSP, +dp/dtmax, and CO increased significantly in the rat perfused fluid after the isolated working heart perfusion solution. There were no significant changes in -dp/dtmax, LVEDP and CF. These indicators had no significant changes in the control group. Compared with the control group, the percentage of platelet aggregation in the pangolin and aspirin groups was significantly reduced. Conclusion: Pangolin enhances myocardial contractile function, positive inotropic effect, but also can significantly inhibit platelet aggregation
