采用 DYNA3D有限元分析程序 ,对飞机前风挡进行了全面的鸟撞分析。通过选取合理的载荷形式、加载过程及力值 ,可以采用解耦解法来计算风挡的鸟撞动力响应问题。风挡的鸟撞区域应力最大 ,主应力的最大值沿风挡短跨度方向。胶片特性对风挡抗鸟撞能力影响显著 ,胶片层弹性模量和玻璃层差 1~ 2个数量级时 ,结构只有一个中性层 ;相差接近 3个数量级时 ,结构出现多个中性层。计算模拟分析结果和试验结果吻合较好 ,可用于分析、设计其它风挡玻璃的抗鸟撞能力。
DYNA3D finite element analysis program was used to conduct a comprehensive bird collision analysis of the front windshield. By choosing a reasonable load form, loading process and force values, decoupling method can be used to calculate the windshield’s bird’s impact response. Windshield bird hit the maximum area stress, the maximum principal stress along the windshield short span direction. Film characteristics of windshield bird impact ability significantly, the film elastic modulus and glass layer difference of 1 to 2 orders of magnitude, the structure is only a neutral layer; a difference of nearly 3 orders of magnitude, the structure of multiple neutral layers. Computational simulation results agree well with the experimental results and can be used to analyze and design the anti-bird strike capability of other windshields.
