去年我接手初二(2)班的班主任工作,对全班学生进行全面摸底、排队。发现学生学习成绩优劣悬殊很大,两极分化现象严重。其原因有以下三种情况。一、部分学生因智力平庸,基础差,知识严重脱节,升入初中以后,学习吃力跟不上趟,时间长了,失去信心,成绩便一落千丈;二、受当今活跃的商品经济的冲击和影响,有的学生家长经商做生意,家庭经济优裕,学生把金钱看得至高无上,无形中就贬低了知识的永恒价值。这种类型的学生大多厌学,不求上进。三、有不少学生性格外向,好动,上课不能专心听讲,课本内容不能吸收消化,以致学习上不去。
Last year, I took over the work of the class teacher in class two (2) and conducted a thorough mapping and queuing for the students in the class. It is found that the students’ academic performance is very different and the polarization is serious. There are three reasons for this. First, some students have poor intelligence, poor basic knowledge, and serious disconnected knowledge. After entering junior high school, they are unable to keep up with the hard work. After a long time, they lose confidence and their performance has plummeted. Second, they are affected by the current active commodity economy. Some parents of the students do business and have a family economy. The students regard money as supreme and virtually devalue the eternal value of knowledge. Most students of this type are tired of study and do not seek progress. Third, there are many students who are outgoing, active, and cannot attend lectures in class. The contents of textbooks cannot be absorbed and digested, so that learning cannot be done.
