会议于1990年4月12日～15日在南京召开.出席会议的有专业委员会委员、学组成员、论文作者以及特邀的代表181人,会议内容包括:房建材料专业委员会第三届委员会工作总结,换届选举并组成第四届委员会;进行学术交流;评选优秀论文和推荐参加93年召开的第三届北京国际水泥与砼学术会议论文. 本届学术年会的主题是墙改、节能、以及房建材料新品种、新工艺、新技术.年会收到了论文219篇.其中有10篇论文在大会上宣读.这些论文从不同的领域介绍了我国房建材
The meeting was held in Nanjing from April 12th to 15th, 1990. Attending the meeting were members of professional committees, members of the study group, authors of papers, and 181 specially invited representatives. The meeting included: The third session of the Housing Construction Materials Professional Committee. Work summary, reelection and composition of the fourth session of the committee; academic exchanges; selection of outstanding papers and recommendations for participation in the third session of the Beijing International Cement and Concrete Conference held in 1993. The theme of this academic annual meeting is the wall reform and energy saving. New materials for housing construction materials, new processes, and new technologies. The annual conference received 219 papers. Ten papers were read at the conference. These papers introduced China’s building materials from different fields.
