分别用１．３９３ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ、０．６９７ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ奋斗呐处理嗜人按蚊４龄幼虫，用离心法收集成蚊血淋巴，测定其蛋白含量和蛋白酶活性。与对照组相比，用药组血淋巴蛋白含量显著增加，蛋白酶活性显著降低，具有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），表明奋斗呐对蚊虫血淋巴蛋白含量和蛋白酶活性均有明显的影响。
The 4th instar larvae of Anopheles anthropophagus were treated with 1.393nmol / L and 0.697nmol / L Soxhlet respectively, and the hemolymph of the mosquitoes was collected by centrifugation. The protein content and protease activity were measured. Compared with the control group, the hemolymph protein content and the protease activity of the treated group were significantly decreased (P <0.01), indicating that the fighting na had a significant effect on the hemolymph protein content and protease activity of mosquitoes .
