“一个人专业知识上的缺陷不一定影响他的一生,而人格上的缺陷将贻害一辈子。”作为一名身肩德育重任的教育工作者,每每读到这句话时,我都为现在的学生呈现出的责任意识严重缺失现象深深忧虑。重视并培养学生的责任心,促进他们全面健康成长,为社会输入新鲜血液,这是一个班主任的职责所在。为此,在高中三年的班主任工作实践中,我具体从如下几方面进行了探索:一、思想教育,引导学生充分认识责任心的内涵
