企业竞争力是指使企业以比竞争对手更快的速度推出各种各样产品的一系列能力。当前,无论企业的生产活动,还是经营活动,都已经从追求产量和市场升级为品牌和质量的较量,质量管理已经成为了企业竞争力的来源。质量问题,说到底是一个关乎企业生死的战略问题。企业要想实现长久生存,不仅要依靠推出新奇的创新产品吸引消费者的目光,最根本的还是要通过信誉和质量赢得市场。从质量到品牌,这是一个产品能够盈利的发展过程。QC小组是企业群众性质量管理活动的一种有效组织形式;如何在新形势下发展与完善,提升企业的管理水平,为企业创造效益,是一个值得研究的课题。
Enterprise competitiveness refers to a series of capabilities that enable enterprises to launch a wide range of products faster than their competitors. At present, no matter the production activities or the business activities of the enterprises, they have been upgraded from the pursuit of production and market to the competition of the brand and quality. Quality management has become the source of the competitiveness of enterprises. Quality problems, in the final analysis is a strategic issue related to life and death of enterprises. Enterprises want to achieve long-term survival, not only rely on the introduction of novelty and innovative products to attract the attention of consumers, the most fundamental or to win the credibility of the market and quality. From quality to the brand, this is a product that can make a profit. QC group is an effective organizational form of quality management activities of mass organizations. How to develop and improve under the new situation, enhance the management level of enterprises and create benefits for enterprises is a topic worthy of study.
