为探索湿气管线中的持液率,进行了一项两相流动的实验研究。采用给直径为77.93mm水平管道通球,然后,计量其排出液体积的方法来测取持液率数据。本实验使用了三种不同的两相混合物。把持液率数据与若干预测方法的预测值进行了比较,并对分离流动的力学模型进行了评价。结果表明,没有一种方法能够精确地预测在低持液率区的持液率。本文提出了两个新的水平管线持液率相关式。其中,第一个适于持液率为0~0.35的湿气管线;第二个适于持液率为 0~1.0的任何水平管线。
In order to explore the liquid holdup in the wet gas pipeline, a two-phase flow experimental study was conducted. Using a method of measuring the volume of the effluent, the liquid holdup data was obtained by passing a ball through a horizontal pipe having a diameter of 77.93 mm. The experiment used three different two-phase mixtures. The grasping rate data is compared with the predictive values of several prediction methods, and the mechanics model of separation flow is also evaluated. The results show that no single method can accurately predict the holdup in the low holdup region. This paper proposes two new correlation formulas for liquid holdup in horizontal lines. Of these, the first is a wet gas line with a hold-up rate of 0-0.35 and the second is any horizontal line with a hold-up rate of 0-1.0.
