Introduction In recent years, the demand for high-efficiency and high-power units has attracted more attention from power plants and manufacturing plants than ever before due to the significant increase in fuel costs. The thermal economy of steam turbine generator sets plays a very important role in the competition of manufacturing plants in power generation equipment manufacturing industry at home and abroad. One of the main measures to reduce the heat consumption of high-power units is to improve and perfect the design of low-pressure cylinder and to design and develop a new low-pressure cylinder. The use of turbine blades (3000r / min) of the last stage with a height of about 1000mm for steam turbines with a capacity equal to or greater than 300MW (including thermal power and nuclear power units) will significantly reduce unit heat consumption.
