本文从理论上对简易轧制机轧制近似直斜边板材机构进行分析。精确轧制直线楔形板材 ,可采用数控设备 ,对轧制尺寸要求较低时 ,成本高 ,简单的实现方法可采用偏心凸轮机构来 ,偏心凸轮机构所能实现的可以精确的或是近似的直线边 ,但其设计制造和使用的方便程度相差很大。本文主要讨论如何采用简单的方法加工近似直线 ,定出实际设计参数与扎制参数的关系 ,以使轧制最近似的直线。
