目的研究人性化护理在急诊护理中的应用效果。方法 100例急诊患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受人性化护理。研究结束时,比较两组患者在治疗依从性、护理质量评分方面的差异。结果观察组用药、饮食等各方面依从性合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理舒适性、心理护理、健康教育、服务态度的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理的实施,提升了患者的治疗依从性和对护理服务质量的满意度。
Objective To study the application effect of humanized nursing in emergency nursing. Methods 100 cases of emergency patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received humanized nursing. At the end of the study, differences in treatment adherence and quality of care scores were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance rate of medication, diet and other aspects in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The scores of nursing comfort, psychological nursing, health education and service attitude in observation group were higher than those in control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions The implementation of humanized nursing improves patient’s treatment compliance and satisfaction with nursing service quality.
