为了满足飞机隔音棉在制造过程中开孔开缝位置的热封需要,针对复杂多样的热封形状和高精度的热封温度控制要求,研制了一种可快速更换压头的脉冲式热封机,阐述了设备的工作原理和新型隔音棉材料的最佳热封工艺参数试验方法,完成了样机研制并对性能进行了验证。该热封机以PLC为控制核心,具有对多种不同形状的隔音棉进行热封和对热封温度进行实时监测并反馈控制的功能。现场试验表明,该热封机及其温度控制系统性能稳定,隔音棉封口加工质量达到使用标准,解决了飞机隔音棉制造中隔音棉包覆层热密封问题,具有良好的实用价值。
