采用《教学效能量表》对342名职教院校教师和233名中学教师进行调查,以研究职教院校教师教学效能的现状以及与中学教师教学效能的差别。结果发现:职教教师的教学效能处于中等偏上水平;不同性别、学历的职教教师的教学效能不存在显著性差异;教龄越长的教师,其教学效能越优于教龄少的教师;高级职称的教师的教学效能优于初级和中级职称的教师;职教教师在课堂管理、学生调动、教学策略和教学效能显著的优于中学教师。
The “Teaching Effectiveness Scale” was used to investigate 342 vocational college teachers and 233 middle school teachers in order to study the current situation of teachers ’teaching effectiveness in vocational colleges and their differences from the secondary school teachers’ teaching effectiveness. The results showed that: the teaching effectiveness of vocational teachers is at the upper middle level; there is no significant difference in the teaching effectiveness among vocational education teachers of different sexes and educational qualifications; the teachers with longer teaching ages have better teaching effectiveness than the teachers with less teaching age; The teachers with professional titles have better teaching effectiveness than the teachers with junior and senior professional titles. The teachers in vocational education have better performance than the secondary school teachers in class management, student mobility, teaching strategy and teaching effectiveness.
