改革开放以来,我国民营企业得到了长足的发展,为我国经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高做出了极大的贡献,但随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,在新形势下民营企业在其发展中遇到了一些问题,如融资困难、信用不足、人才匮乏等。而从目前情况来看,民营企业的人力资源管理不完善是严重制约企业发展的一个重大问题,此问题严重阻碍了民营企业的进一步发展。因此,如何加强和完善民营企业人力资源管理是当前我国民营企业在发展过程中需急待解决的问题。

Therefore, how to strengthen and improve the human resources management of private-owned enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of private-owned enterprises in our country at present.
