“我们撞上冰山……迅速下沉……快来营救。”在1912年的一个寒冷深夜里,无线电波传来噩耗。泰坦尼克号巨轮终于坠入海底墓穴,而这些文字成为1200名丧生者的墓志铭。当时最大、最先进的“泰坦尼克”为何沉没了呢? 所有研究泰坦尼克者,或者至少看过电影《泰坦尼克号》的人,都明白这到底是因为什么。制造灾难的罪魁祸首是冰山吗?在我看来,泰坦尼克沉没于领导的失败！ 泰坦尼克仍静卧海底,但我们能够找到事实真相,其中的教训可以帮助我们在事业和能力上获得提高。

The Titanic finally fell into the tomb of the seabed, and these words became the epitaph of 1,200 dead. Why did the largest and most advanced Titanic sink? All those who studied the Titanic, or at least watched the movie “The Titanic,” understood exactly why. The culprit in the manufacturing disaster is the iceberg? In my opinion, the Titanic sank in the failure of the leadership! Titanic is still lying underwater, but we can find the truth, the lessons of which can help us in career and ability to improve.
