一、前言空调系统为涤纶长丝提供了必要的生产环境。但空调系统的设计还存在一些问题——前纺卷绕间及后纺的弹力丝机(DTY机)的空调送风量过大,引起飘丝,这不仅影响工艺生产,还增加了初投资和运行管理费用,浪费了能源。因此涤纶长丝车间的空调送风量是目前亟待解决的问题。为此,我们到一些工厂进行了测定并参阅了有关资料。本文在此就工艺机器负荷(发热量)、气流组织及空调计算等方面对送风量的影响谈谈我们的看法。
I. INTRODUCTION Air conditioning systems provide the necessary production environment for polyester filaments. However, there are still some problems in the design of the air-conditioning system. The air-supply air volume of the front spinning reels and the post-spinning elastic yarn machine (DTY machine) is too large, causing floatation. This not only affects the process production, but also increases the initial investment. And operating management costs waste energy. Therefore, the amount of air-conditioning air supply in the polyester filament plant is a problem that needs to be solved urgently. For this purpose, we went to some factories for the measurement and read the relevant information. This article discusses our views on the influence of the air flow rate on the process load (heating capacity), airflow organization, and air conditioning calculations.
