目的探讨无精子症和染色体核型、性激素水平的关系。方法对105例男性无精子患者分别进行外周血淋巴细胞染色体分析,并采用化学发光法测定各组血清中卵泡刺激素FSH、黄体生成素LH、睾酮T和催乳素PRL水平。结果 105例无精子症患者中,经染色体核型分析检测,检出染色体畸变18例占17.142%。经性激素水平测定,105例无精子患者中激素水平正常者有62例,占57.40%,激素水平异常者有43例,占42.60%。结论对于男性无精子症患者有必要进行染色体及性激素的检查。
Objective To investigate the relationship between azoospermia and chromosomal karyotype and sex hormone levels. Methods The chromosomal analysis of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 105 male azoospermic patients was performed. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone FSH, luteinizing hormone LH, testosterone T and prolactin PRL were determined by chemiluminescence. Results Among the 105 patients with azoospermia, chromosome aberration was detected in 18 cases (17.142%) by chromosomal karyotype analysis. According to the determination of sex hormone level, there were 62 cases (57.40%) with normal hormone levels in 105 cases without azoospermia and 43 cases (42.60%) with abnormal hormone levels. Conclusion It is necessary to check chromosomes and sex hormones in male patients with azoospermia.
