本文报道了采用活性炭吸附-解吸法从低品位黑钨精矿(典型含量为26.7%WO_3)中回收钨的试验室研究结果。该方法主要包括碱熔-浸出,使钨以钨酸钠形式转入水相中,然后用活性炭在pH值1.8或低于1.8条件下吸附钨,以NaOH为解吸剂将钨从载钨炭上解吸下来,再用化学沉淀法回收纯氧化钨。本文还报道了用活性炭吸附和解吸工作的详细研究结果。试验中首先用人工溶液得到吸附和解吸的最佳条件,然后再用低品位钨精矿的浸出液进行试验。
This paper reports the results of a laboratory study on the recovery of tungsten from low-grade wolframite concentrate (26.7% WO 3) using activated carbon adsorption-desorption. The method mainly comprises alkali fusion-leaching, allowing the tungsten to be transferred into the aqueous phase as sodium tungstate, then adsorbing the tungsten with activated carbon at a pH of 1.8 or below, and using tungsten as the desorbent to remove the tungsten from the tungsten-supported carbon Desorbed down, and then recovered by chemical precipitation tungsten oxide. This paper also reports on the results of detailed studies on the adsorption and desorption of activated carbon. The first experiment with artificial solution to get the best conditions for adsorption and desorption, and then low-grade tungsten concentrate leachate test.
