依据抗坏血酸还原定量过量的铁(Ⅲ)产生铁(Ⅱ),新生的铁(Ⅱ)与邻菲罗啉形成红色配合物的原理,开发了综合性实验——水果、药物或蔬菜中抗坏血酸的分光光度测定,应用于无机及分析化学实验教学,并取得了良好的效果。
