幼儿教师流动归因于一是外部原因,二是内部原因,即个人原因。外部原因主要有社会地位、工作环境、工资待遇等因素。内部原因主要有性别、年龄、身心特点、婚育状况、学历水平、价值取向等等。基于已有结果的分析,对有流动经历的幼儿教师以及长期坚守在幼儿教师岗位的教师和园长等进行了相关调查与访谈,经过整理分析,从而研究促进幼儿教师合理流动的对策。
The flow of kindergarten teachers is attributed to one external cause and the second is the internal cause, ie personal reason. External causes are mainly social status, working environment, wages and other factors. Internal reasons are gender, age, physical and psychological characteristics, status of marriage and childbearing, educational level, value orientation and so on. Based on the analysis of existing results, relevant investigations and interviews were conducted with preschool teachers who have experienced the flow and teachers and school principals who have long adhered to the posts of preschool teachers. After finishing the analysis, the countermeasures for promoting the rational flow of preschool teachers are studied.
