研究健美操对18~23周岁女大学生心肺功能影响。通过对30名18~23周岁女大学生(非体育院校)实施8周大众健美操练习,测定比较了其训练前后的肺活量、台阶试验指数。文献显示大众健美操是一种能提高心肺功能,提高台阶实验指数、增加肺活量的有氧健身运动。本试验主要针对于两个月的短期大众健美操训练能否提高18~23周岁女大学生心肺功能。结果表明两个月的健美操训练,由于试验对象自身主观能动性不强,导致强度未达到应有强度,数据表明试验对象的肺活量及台阶试验均有提高,但经t检验无显著意义(p>0.05)。结论大众健美操训练可提高女大学生心肺功能,但需提高主观能动性,长期坚持训练,才能达到大众健美操的提高心肺功能作用。
Research on the Influence of Aerobics on Cardiorespiratory Function of Female University Students from 18 to 23 Years Old. By performing aerobics exercises for 30 weeks for 18 female college students aged 18 to 23 (non-physical education institutes) for 8 weeks, the vital capacity and the bench test index before and after training were measured and compared. The literature shows that mass aerobics is a kind of aerobic exercise that can improve cardiorespiratory function, improve experimental index of step, and increase lung capacity. This test is mainly aimed at two months of short-term mass aerobics training can improve the heart-lung function of 18 to 23-year-old female college students. The results showed that for two months of aerobics training, because the subjective initiative of the test subject was not strong, the strength did not reach the expected strength. The data showed that the test subjects’ vital capacity and step test increased, but no significant difference was found by t test (p> 0.05). Conclusion Aerobics training can improve the cardiopulmonary function of female university students. However, it is necessary to improve subjective initiative and long-term adherence to training to achieve the purpose of improving aerobics.
