介绍了矿热炉“冷凝”炉衬技术的研究现状和未来发展趋势,分析了矿热炉炉衬侵蚀边界的监测手段,提出国内“冷凝”炉衬技术研究应从以下4个方面开展:“冷凝”炉衬中凝固壳厚度动态变化机理、热电偶的精确测温技术、铁合金产品和炉衬材料选择及结构的对应关系、结合矿热炉冶炼特性和相关温度测量数据构建监测炉衬侵蚀的数学模型。
The current research status and future development trend of submerged arc furnace “condensing ” lining technology are introduced. The monitoring methods of lining erosion boundary of submerged arc furnace are analyzed. The research on “condensing ” lining in China should be carried out from the following four aspects: “Condensation” solidification shell thickness dynamic change mechanism, thermocouple accurate temperature measurement technology, ferroalloy products and lining material selection and structure of the corresponding relationship between the combination of smelting furnace smelting characteristics and related temperature measurement data to build monitoring furnace lining erosion mathematical model.
