本文以车用动力项目管理总师负责制为例,探讨了车用动力项目管理模式,分析了利用现代项目管理取代传统科研管理的必要性,介绍了车用动力项目管理总师负责制实施的途径和方法,总结了项目管理具体实施的实践经验。针对项目管理实施过程中存在的问题,提出了进一步改进的建议。
In this paper, taking the responsibility system of the general manager of automotive power project management as an example, this paper discusses the management mode of the vehicle power project, analyzes the necessity of using modern project management to replace the traditional scientific research management and introduces the responsibility system of the vehicle power project management division Ways and methods, summed up the practical experience of project management.
