2002年,浙江宝业建设集团有限公司(以下简称宝业集团)建立了有效的企业管理体系和工程施工管理体系,先后通过了ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSA18001(质量、环境、职工健康与安全)管理体系综合认证。其中,有效落实“关爱职工生活和健康”是宝业集团企业文化核心之一。宝业集团绍兴县体育场项目部,有职工近五百名。其中,约80%的员工为单身。自该项目部成立之日起,每月为农民工开展一次宣传教育,关心农民工的生活与健康。宝业集团绍兴分公司与绍兴县体育场项目部、项目部与各班组分别签订了责任书,项目部还成立了以沈永健为组长的领导小组,制订了流动人口及民工工作实施方案和制度,积极开展职工文明施工、关爱民工生活保障和身体健康等一系列活动,以创“文明施工杯”“职工安康杯”“生活保障杯”为基础,争取把该项目打造成绍兴县样板工程。
