以经济较发达的苏州市为案例地,运用因子分析方法研究城市居民对我国带薪休假制度实施现状,实施影响因素及推行制度实施的措施的感知分析。研究结果表明:(1)在大部分城市居民基本了解带薪休假制度的基础上,带薪休假制度实施情况并不乐观;(2)“监管机制”、“实施制度”、“职工认识”和“单位认识”是制约带薪休假制度施行的五大因素;(3)为推行带薪休假制度切实施行,要“政府、工会推动” “职工意识培养”、“单位提供保障”三方面共同努力。
Taking the economically developed Suzhou as a case study, this paper uses factor analysis to study the urban residents' perception of the status quo of implementation of the system of paid leave in our country, the implementation of influencing factors and the implementation of the system. The results show that: (1) The implementation of the system of paid leave is not optimistic based on the basic understanding of the paid leave system in most urban residents; (2) The “regulatory mechanism”, “the implementation system” “Staff awareness” and “unit cognition” are the five major factors restricting the implementation of the system of paid leave; (3) To implement the system of paid leave, the government, trade union promotion, employee awareness training, “,” “Unit to provide security” to work together in three areas.
