采用磁控溅射和真空蒸镀结合的方法,制备了Mg-PbO2-Ti-PbO2-PTFE复合薄膜烟火材料,利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了真空蒸镀的薄膜成分,并测定了薄膜材料与基底间的附着力。采用光纤法测量薄膜材料的燃烧线速度,分析了其燃烧过程。结果表明,利用真空蒸镀法可得到PbO2薄膜,复合薄膜烟火材料与基底有较好的附着力,复合薄膜烟火材料的燃烧线速度无约束条件下为(331.82±9.23)mm·s-1,有约束条件时为(435.98±18.60)mm·s-1,误差小于5%,燃烧时间与长度呈良好的线性关系。
Mg-PbO2-Ti-PbO2-PTFE composite thin film pyrotechnic materials were prepared by a combination of magnetron sputtering and vacuum evaporation. The composition of films deposited by vacuum evaporation was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) Adhesion between film material and substrate. The optical fiber method was used to measure the linear velocity of the film material and its combustion process was analyzed. The results show that the PbO2 thin films can be obtained by vacuum evaporation, the composite thin film pyrolytic materials have good adhesion with the substrate, the linear velocity of the composite thin film pyrolytic materials is (331.82 ± 9.23) mm · s-1, (435.98 ± 18.60) mm · s-1 with the constraint, the error is less than 5%, and the combustion time has a good linear relationship with the length.
