自70年代以来,国外水文技术发展很快,突出表现在计算机和卫星技术的应用。为加速我国水文科技现代化,提高水文测报质量,根据我国发射气象卫星计划,水电部水文局于1986年委托南京水利水文自动化研究所协同有关单位编制《卫星采集传输水文数据系统规划纲要》,随后又委托航天部509所、539厂及南京水利水文自动化研究所共同编制《应用气象卫星采集传输水文数据可行性论证报告》。
Since the 1970s, hydrological technologies abroad have been developing rapidly, highlighting the applications of computer and satellite technologies. In order to speed up the modernization of hydrological science and technology in our country and improve the quality of hydrological metrology, according to China’s launch of meteorological satellite program, Hydrology Bureau of Ministry of Water Resources entrusted Nanjing Institute of Hydrology and Hydrology Automation with the relevant agencies to compile “Outline of Satellite Acquisition and Transmission Hydrological Data System Plan” in 1986 Commissioned by the Ministry of Space 509, 539 plants and Nanjing Institute of Hydraulic and Hydrological Automation co-prepared “application meteorological satellite acquisition and transmission of hydrological data feasibility study report.”
