目的:调查精神分裂症照顾者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况以及健康教育需求,为将来在此基础上有针对性地给予健康教育指导提供依据。方法:选取2013年7~10月我院精神分裂症出院患者的主要照顾者200名为研究对象,通过问卷调查照顾者对疾病相关知识的掌握情况以及健康教育需求,对所得结果进行统计分析。结果:照顾者仅对精神分裂症的治疗效果和服药意义、方法有一定的了解,其他方面的相关知识均仅为部分了解或不了解;照顾者最希望了解的健康教育内容前5位依次是家庭监管服药方法、疾病复发的表现、家属参与康复的方法、突发事件的应对技巧、精神分裂症的治疗风险,所期望的健康教育形式前5位依次是医师给予个别辅导、电话咨询、医院提供健康教育资料、护士给予个别辅导、参加健康教育专题讲座。结论:由于精神分裂症照顾者疾病知识匮乏和健康教育需求的特殊性,医务人员需要通过多种途径积极对其进行针对性的健康教育,这样才能更好地促进精神分裂症患者早日康复、回归社会,减少家庭和社会的负担。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate schizophrenia caregivers’ mastery of disease-related knowledge and health education needs, and to provide evidence for targeted guidance of health education on this basis. Methods: Totally 200 major caregivers of schizophrenia discharged from our hospital from July to October in 2013 were selected as the research objects. Through questionnaire survey of caregivers’ knowledge of disease-related knowledge and health education needs, the results were statistically analyzed. Results: The caregivers only knew about the treatment effect and medication taking meaning and method of schizophrenia. The related knowledge of other aspects were only partially understood or not understood. The top five health care content that caregivers most wanted to know were Family supervision and medication methods, the performance of disease recurrence, family members involved in rehabilitation methods, emergency response skills, the risk of treatment of schizophrenia, the expected form of health education Top 5 followed by the doctor to give individual counseling, telephone counseling, hospitals Provide health education information, nurses give individual counseling, to participate in health education seminars. Conclusion: Due to the lack of knowledge of disease and health education needs of schizophrenic caregivers, medical staff need to actively carry out targeted health education through a variety of ways, so as to better promote the early recovery and return of schizophrenic patients Society, reduce the burden on families and society.
