目的:建立HPLC法测定康儿灵颗粒中紫丁香苷的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为色谱柱(ODS),以甲醇-水(用冰醋酸调pH值为3.0)(20:80)为流动相,检测波长为267nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果:紫丁香苷的线性范围为4-20μg/ml,r=0.9996;加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为1.3%。结论:本法重现性好,适用于康儿灵颗粒中紫丁香苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of syringin in kanglingling granules. Methods: The mobile phase was methanol - water (adjusted to pH 3.0 with glacial acetic acid) (20:80) using reversed - phase high performance liquid chromatography with octadecylsilane bonded silica column (ODS) The detection wavelength was 267nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL / min. Results: The linear range of syringin was 4-20μg / ml, r = 0.9996. The recovery rate was 98.6% and the RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion: This method has good reproducibility and is suitable for the determination of syringin in Kang Er Ling granules.
