目的研究甘肃产短柄五加根茎的化学成分,阐明其药理作用的物质基础。方法利用反复的硅胶及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱和薄层色谱等方法分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质、波谱分析及与文献对照鉴定化合物的结构。结果从短柄五加根茎中分离得到12个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为香草醛(1)、丹皮酚(2)、香草酸(3),没食子酸甲酯(4)、6,7,10-三羟基-8-十八烯酸(5)、丁二酸(6)、扁枝衣二酸(7)、左旋贝壳杉-16-烯-19-酸(8)、白桦脂酸(9)、天麻苷(10)、丁香苷(11)和金丝桃苷(12)。结论除化合物11外,其余11个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1~7和10为首次从五加属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the root of Brassica japonica in Gansu province and to clarify the material basis of its pharmacological effects. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and thin layer chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties, spectral analysis and literature comparison. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated from the roots of Brassica rapa. Their structures were identified as vanillin (1), paeonol (2), vanillic acid (3), methyl gallate (4), 6,7, respectively. 10-trihydroxy-8-octadecenoic acid (5), succinic acid (6), pinyloic diacid (7), levo-Kavalin-16-ene-19-acid (8), betulinic acid ( 9) Gastrodine (10), syringin (11) and hyperoside (12). Conclusion In addition to compound 11, the other 11 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compounds 1-7 and 10 were isolated from Acacia plants for the first time.
