目前,我国寒冷地区降雪时隧道洞口段路面防滑问题突出,养护单位广泛采用的融雪盐、人工、机械等融雪防滑方法的效果不佳、缺点明显。据此,提出一项在路面结构层内铺设发热电缆加热路面的新型融雪防滑技术,经过现场试验、室内试验及数值模拟的方法进行系统分析研究后,总结出洞口路面加热结构型式、加热功率、预热时间等关键参数,验证了电加热技术在解决寒区隧道洞口段路面防滑问题的优越性。
At present, the problem of non-slip road surface at the tunnel entrance is prominent in the snowy areas in our country, and the snowmelt salt, artificial and mechanical snowmelt anti-skid methods widely used by the conservation units are ineffective with obvious shortcomings. Accordingly, a new snow melting anti-skid technology of laying heating cables in the pavement structure layer is proposed. After field analysis, laboratory test and numerical simulation, a systematic analysis and study is made on the structure type, heating power, Preheating time and other key parameters to verify the electric heating technology in solving the cold area of the tunnel section of the road surface slip superiority.
