运用心理定势人的心理活动具有定势规律,前面一个强烈的心理活动对于随后进行的心理活动的反应内容及反应趋势有明显的影响。特别是对新员工的培训,要重视这个问题。企业提倡什么?反对什么?欣赏什么样的员工?员工应该具备什么样的思想、情感和作风?新员工都急于找到这些答案。通过培训,使他们在这些基本问题上形成有利于企业的心理定势,对其今后的行为产生指导和制约作用。企业的变革和发展,相应地要更新和改造原有的企业文化,首先就要打破已有的传统心理定势,建立新的心理定势。这将会遇到文化惰性的顽强抵抗。
