在体育教学和训练中,经常会看到学生在进行途中跑练习时出现“坐着跑”的现象,究其原因主要有两个方面:第一,身体重心的问题。上体后仰重心偏低,极容易产生“坐着跑”的错误动作;第二,后蹬发力效果不好的问题。后蹬发力动作和角度不对使后蹬发力的效果不好也是产生“坐着跑”的原因。通过多年的教学和训练,归纳起来有以下一些纠正和改进的练习方法:1.进行上坡跑的练习,选择坡度稍微大一点的地方进行练习,坡度选择10~15度左右,反复进行上坡跑练习。2.进行上坡跑的练习,要求每次要充分
