国家教委于去年颁布的《幼儿园工作规程(试行)》(以下简称《规程》),重申了要“实行保育与教育相结合原则”。保教结合的原则是符合幼儿教育规律和社会对幼儿教育的要求的。这一原则已经提出几十年了,但在实际工作中却做得很不理想。因而在《规程》中作出明确规定,具有重要作用,我们必须充分理解,努力贯彻执行。 Last year, the State Education Commission promulgated the “Kindergarten Procedures (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), reiterating the need to “implement the principle of combining conservation and education.” The principle of combining education with education is in line with the law of early childhood education and the community’s demand for early childhood education. This principle has been proposed for decades, but it has not done very well in practical work. Therefore, making explicit stipulations in the “Regulations” has an important role. We must fully understand and work hard to implement it.
