我院从1996年8月份开始,出台实施“综合奖考核细则”以来,每月对科室工作进行考核管理,取得了较好的效果。现将办法与体会报告如下。 一、考核管理组织 建立组织是保证月度综合奖顺利完成考核的条件。成立了院、科二级考评小组(院级10人、各科室为2~3)人)。 二、综合考核内容 1.当月科室管理、面貌、状况;2.当月医疗、服务质量;3.医德医风;4.工作纪律;5.遵纪守法,履行岗位职责。 三、考核办法 1.考评时间原则上在下月月初进行(第一周的周三晚上召开科务会议进行考评上报)。2.考核组按《细则》逐项对照检查.并与当月综合奖实行挂钩兑现。3.月奖发放每月20日前完成。 四、考核后每月整改措施 1.在考核过程中及时向科室负责人或当事人提出整改意见;2.在周会上进行通报考核结果,对科室的成绩和长处给予
Since August of 1996, our institute has issued the “Comprehensive Evaluation Rules” to conduct monthly assessment and management of departmental work and achieved good results. The method and experience are reported below. I. Assessment Management Organization The establishment of an organization is a condition for ensuring that the monthly comprehensive award is successfully completed. The establishment of a secondary school assessment section (10 people at the school level, 2 to 3 departments). Second, the contents of the comprehensive assessment 1. Month management department, appearance, status; 2. Month medical, service quality; 3. Medical ethics; 4. Work discipline; 5. Compliance, perform duties. Third, the assessment methods 1. The evaluation time in principle in early next month (held on the first week of the Wednesday night of the organization meeting for evaluation). 2. The appraisal team checked and checked each item according to the “Detailed Rules” and linked to the current month comprehensive award. 3. Monthly awards are completed 20 days before the month. 4. Monthly rectification measures after the assessment 1. Promptly submit correction opinions to the responsible persons of the department or the parties in the assessment process; 2. Conduct results of assessment and approval at the weekly meeting, and give results and strengths of the departments.
