为研究某公路、铁路两用斜拉桥公路桥面钢-混结合段的受力性能,对其进行了非线性有限元分析。同时依据相似性原则设计了钢-混结合段的大比例试验模型,测试了荷载作用下试验模型的控制断面和主要构件的应变和位移。理论分析与试验测试结果表明:钢-混结合段中钢结构、混凝土结构及栓钉的应力水平较低,具有较强的安全储备;钢与混凝土之间相对滑移量较小,钢结构荷载比较顺畅地传递到混凝土结构,钢-混结合段的工作性能良好,构造设计合理。本文的研究结果可供板桁组合结构钢-混结合段的设计参考。
In order to study the mechanical behavior of the steel-concrete combined section of highway bridge and railway dual-purpose cable-stayed bridge, nonlinear finite element analysis was carried out. At the same time, according to the principle of similarity, a large-scale test model of steel-concrete mixing section was designed and the control section and main components’ strain and displacement of the test model under load were tested. Theoretical analysis and test results show that the stress levels of steel structures, concrete structures and studs in the steel-concrete mixing section are relatively low with a strong safety margin; the relative slip between steel and concrete is small and the load of steel structure is relatively smooth Pass to the concrete structure, steel - mixed section of good performance, structural design and reasonable. The results of this paper can be used as a reference for the design of steel-concrete combined section of the truss composite structure.
